With nearly two decades in financial services, Nichole has built a team of professionals committed to helping clients navigate financial decisions that extend far beyond investment management alone. Nichole's passion for financial planning was shaped during the 2008 financial crisis. Early in her career, she witnessed two very different outcomes among affluent families. Some saw years of progress disrupted by market volatility and a lack of planning. Others remained confident and resilient because they had a coordinated strategy already in place.

That experience reinforced a lesson she carries into every client relationship today: financial success is not simply about accumulating wealth, it's about creating a plan that can withstand both opportunities and challenges.

At WestPac Wealth Partners, Nichole and her team work closely with business owners throughout the business lifecycle—from growth and succession planning to eventual transition or sale. They also serve successful professionals seeking greater confidence around income protection, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and wealth preservation.

Nichole earned her degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds the CFP®, RICP®, and CExP™ designations. She has been recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State Financial Security Professional and by the San Diego Business Journal for her leadership within the profession.

When she's not working with clients, Nichole enjoys running half marathons, fishing, exploring Southern California's hiking trails, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Hunter, and their bulldogs, Charlie and Frankie-Jean.
